- free shipping in not a fast service and we recommend upgrading to the express options in the listing for any mushroom products, there are no warranties on mushroom products if you do not select express shipping when more than 3-4 days shipping away.

Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post real-time rates.
Free shipping covers 90% of Australia.
Please note free shipping items have a zero weight and any postage for other items in the cart does not include these free shipping items - eg if you want express post the cart does not include these, some free shipping items have an express option in them
All orders are shipped usually within 1-2 working days and you will be notified when posted or ready for pickup.
A notification will be emailed to you once goods are shipped to you with your tracking number along with any other information such as items placed on backorder.
Upon receiving your goods please check the correct goods have been sent and quantities. Please notify us immediately via email if goods are incorrect or missing. Please email us a photo of the box and the goods you received so we can cross-reference and check the original order notes.
Please Note: Mushroom Kit types are labeled on the bag inside of the box, please check this for your mushroom kit type.
If you have not received an order within 10-14 days
please contact the courier company / Aus post with your tracking information and if any dramas pop up please let us know and send through all the details the courier or Aus post have given you to us
To all our valued customers please see the current status from the Australia Post website. Although they say Express Post is still the faster option, they have temporarily suspended express post next day delivery.
All orders are usually picked, packed & dispatched within 1-2 working days and you will be notified when ready to pick up.

When picking up your goods please check you are receiving the correct goods and quantities.
All pick-up orders are not bulk box packaged or palletized as items to be shipped. Extra charges are invoiced if the customer requests pick-up to be bulk box packaged or palletized. Each order is quoted individually. Requests for this must be entered in the comments at checkout.

Goods Damaged in transit
Unfortunately, this happens very rarely sometimes, Please accept your parcel and take photos and email us
in most cases, we will refund damaged or we can reship extra with your next order - this is for Glass jars only
Goods refused and returned to us unopened are classed as returns and are subject to our refunds and returns policy
Large items, flow hoods HEPA filters etc Please request insurance when order these large items, even tho we go to great lengths to protect them during shipping sometimes they are damaged
Refunds and Returns and cancellations
Returns accepted if the buyer sends the goods back in original condition with 2 weeks of receiving your item
refunds will be less any postage costs, and 10-20% restocking fee
Cancelation of completed orders have a 10-15% fee to cover paypal and bank fees as they do not refund us for payment fees, please only place orders if you want them
